John W. Hesketh Jr. opened his plumbing company “Capeway Plumbing & Heating” by himself, in 2007. He continued to work alone for a few years on a part-time basis while he continued his work as a Master Plumber for a local company, until 2014. That’s when he went out on his own, full time. Since then John has continued to improve and grow his company. His master plumber licensee number is. 13575.
Lead Technician
Caleb Jepson joined “Capeway Plumbing & Heating” while still attending High School, at Upper Cape Regional Vocational Technical High School for Plumbing & Heating, in 2017. Caleb rose through the chain of command quickly and proficiently. Caleb takes great initiative and is proud of what he does! He is very charismatic and is likable wherever he goes. We are proud to have him as a leader in our team.

Caleb Maddeford began working for us in January/2022. He is a graduate of the Plymouth South Plumbing Program, top of his class. He came highly recommended, through direct referral, by others in the same industry. Due to his personality and professional installation practices, Caleb has skillfully established his presence in our family.

Andrew Hatch came to “Capeway Plumbing & Heating” from the Plymouth South Plumbing Program while he was still going through high school, in 2019. Andrew has grown with the family over the years and continues to strive toward obtaining licensure since graduation. He is hard-working, dedicated, reliable, resilient, and generally fun to be around.
Administrative Assistant
Wendy Johnson came to work for her brother, John, at “Capeway Plumbing & Heating”, in 2015, to help in the office. Wendy has an extensive history of working in an administrative role and is, therefore, a remarkable asset to the business, and of course, more than happy to help the family.
Apprentice
Hannah Maddeford came to “Capeway Plumbing & Heating” as a Co-op Student from the Plymouth South Plumbing Program, highly recommended by the Guidance & Placement Counselors. She joined our family enthusiastically and works with us when her schedule allows, while she continues to further her education. She was pleased to bring her brother to our family shortly after her arrival so we are honored to be able to support a sibling team and encourage women like herself in the trade.
